2019 MAEA Young@Art Exhibit

Each year, the Michigan Art Education Association hosts a high school art competition. Every Art teacher in Michigan is allowed to enter five works from the current year for judging. Four Lutheran Northwest students, Aaron Gunn, Maddie Kasat, Abby Schwichtenberg and Melanie Siebert, made it to the first round of this competition. Aaron, Abby and Melanie moved on from the regional level to the state level at the end of February! And Sophomore Melanie Siebert now has two works that have been accepted into the Top 100 Works for this year! Congratulations on this outstanding accomplishment, Crusaders!
