My parents always told me “If you give your absolute best in everything you do, then you have nothing to be ashamed of, regardless of the outcome.”
Is there any advice you’d offer to current and future Lutheran Northwest students?
Two things:
During high school, don’t be afraid to try new things. Try out for the play, join a sports team, be bold in your faith, and get involved in after-school activities. These four years will fly by, so be sure to make the most of them.
In high school, but especially after, always remember who you are and Whose you are...a unique child of God, washed in the blood of Christ. Work hard at what you do, walk with integrity, and be intentional about prioritizing your faith above all else.
