LHNW'S New Top Administrators
With the busyness of September and the start of the school year behind us, it’s finally time to highlight our new staff at Lutheran Northwest this year.
First up, we are blessed beyond words to have these two highly qualified and dedicated professionals to head up our administration!
KRISTI BAUGHMAN is in a new role this year as Principal, but she is certainly not new to Lutheran Northwest! She’s in her 16th year at our school, having served first as our Life Sciences chair and STEM Biomedical Coordinator and then moving into an administrative role as our Assistant Principal.
Mrs. Baughman holds a B.A. from Concordia University Wisconsin as well as an M.S. from Concordia University Ann Arbor, and she possesses an impressive 27 years of experience in Lutheran secondary education. Mrs. Baughman is married to Pastor Terry Baughman, who serves at Crown of Life Lutheran Church in Rochester, and they are the parents of three Lutheran Northwest alums - Jacqueline (‘17), Becca (‘18) and Joey (‘21).
JAKE KLAUSMEIER joined us as Assistant Principal this August, and we are thrilled to welcome him back home!
A 2014 graduate of Lutheran Northwest, Mr. Klausmeier holds a B.A. and a B.S. from Concordia University Wisconsin as well as an M.S. from Concordia University Ann Arbor. He has five years of teaching experience at our sister school, Lutheran High North. Mr. Klausmeier and his wife, Haley, are the proud parents of son Jones.
