We’re proud to highlight Miss Jennifer Kafarski, one of our new faculty members at Lutheran Northwest this Fall!
A native of Troy, Michigan, Miss Kafarski earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Health Studies with a focus on Biology from Oakland University. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Teaching from Michigan State University and holds American Red Cross certification in a whole host of areas, including first aid, life guard, BLS, AED, CPR, CNA and PCT! Her teaching experience began within the Honors College at OU before she moved on to positions at Athens High School and Oakdale Prep Academy prior to coming to Lutheran Northwest.
Miss Kafarski has two wonderful parents: Her father was a head banker at PNC and her mother was a special education teacher at Athens High School. In her spare time, she enjoys rock climbing and spending time with her three rescue dogs, Molly, Bella, and Ivy.
