State Finalists!

The Lutheran Northwest Crusaders Girls Basketball team had a season to remember, making history with an unprecedented run all the way to the state championship game at Michigan State University’s Breslin Center on March 22! The Crusaders finished as state runners-up, capping off a remarkable year with an overall record of 21-7.

Dominating their competition, the Crusaders went undefeated in the Michigan Independent Athletic Conference (MIAC) Blue Division, securing the conference championship. Their momentum carried into the postseason, where they claimed both district and regional titles. This marked the second consecutive year the Crusaders advanced to the MHSAA Final Four, a testament to the team’s talent, perseverance, and strong leadership.

For the first time in school history, Lutheran Northwest competed in the state final, showcasing their skill and determination on the grandest stage. Though they fell short of the ultimate prize, their journey was nothing short of extraordinary. The Crusaders’ success was built on teamwork, relentless defense, and a commitment to excellence that defined their whole season.

Congratulations to our Lady Crusaders on an unforgettable season and an incredible achievement!

To God be The Glory!
