Student Council is open to all Lutheran Northwest students. Elections for officers are held in the spring of each year, except for 9th grade. Freshmen vote on their officers in September. Student Council typically consists of three officers per grade plus an Executive Board of seniors. The group meets at least twice a month - once during the school day and once after school.

During the school year, Student Council is in charge of running the dances and spirit weeks. If you are a fun, creative person, this would be a great opportunity for you! Being on StuCo is a good way to develop organizational and leadership skills.

StuCo officers also helps with Future Crusader Day in the Fall by leading grade school groups through various stations that introduce them to life at Lutheran Northwest. Student Council members are ambassadors for Lutheran Northwest!
